01 Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ALMA Courier's 3PL services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all sellers, shippers, and users of the platform.
02 Payment & COD Policy
ALMA Courier offers daily payment settlements for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Payments are processed based on the delivery status updated in our system. We reserve the right to withhold payments if a dispute arises.
03 Shipping & Liability
While we strive for 100% on-time delivery, ALMA Courier is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Lost parcels are covered under our security policy as per the specific contract tier.
